This photo set of the VR & SAR Dynamometer Car taken by Stuart Dix at National Railway Museum, Port Adelaide during September 2005

This carriage was built for the Victorian Railways and South Australian Railway in 1932 and was used in various locomotive and rolling stock tests until its withdrawal in the early 1990s.
